Wasp factories is open sculpture, built from recycled material to so-called urban non space areas. It's a multi-year project, which aims to implement a number of Wasp Factories to many parts of Europe, kind of environmental and collective art chain around Europe. Basic idea is to assemble a team of construction volunteers and follow the concept of fuzzy factory in Site specific public art project. The team builds from recycled materials a structure called “Wasp Factory”. Edinburgh team consists artists from Finland Minna Kangasmaa, Tuomo Kangasmaa and Anssi Taulu and artists from Great Britain Tim Davies and Anne Marie Taberdo.
