Minna Kangasmaa

Art Hub Pikisaari is an art project space and a small-scale art centre in Oulu on the Pikisaari island focused on the community and collaborative art projects. Founded by artists Minna Kangasmaa and Tuomo Kangasmaa in the autumn of 2020. The idea of Art Hub Pikisaari is to form a new kind of forum for art in Oulu: an open hub for experimental projects working as a small-scale network for art practice. Art Hub Pikisaari organizes events, screenings, exhibitions, performances as well as workshops or simple meetings. Art Hub Pikisaari operates locally, nationally and internationally in the field of art as a mediator, maintainer and developer of contacts and cooperation, as well as a provider of art expert services.
